CIMC Group President Huang Tianhua and Delegation Pay an Inspection Visit to QCCC

On May 29, 2026, Mr. Huang Tianhua, President of CIMC Containers Group, together with Vice Presidents Fan Pingyan and Zhan Junlai, Chen Zengjing (General Manager of Resource Assurance Center), Zha Shiping (General Manager of Science & Technology Innovation Center), Guo Lei (Deputy General Manager of Operations Management Center), Liu Jun (Manager of Human Resources Department) and Huang Xiaofang (Manager of President’s Office), visited Qingdao QCCC for inspection and guidance. Shi Qingyun, General Manager of Qingdao QCCC, alongside administrative staff and relevant department heads accompanied the whole visit.

The delegation first conducted an on-site inspection of QCCC’s production workshops and new product exhibition area. They spoke highly of the company’s independently developed world-leading compression molding equipment and newly developed products.

Following the site tour, General Manager Shi Qingyun delivered a detailed report covering the company’s 2026 business performance and strategic roadmap from 2026 to 2030. The visiting leaders fully recognized QCCC’s operating achievements and future strategic planning, and put forward constructive suggestions concerning strategic deployment, equipment upgrading and resource allocation.

In terms of internal capacity building, President Huang stressed deepened lean management to boost operational efficiency and product quality. The company shall strengthen talent recruitment and optimize training systems, with high-caliber talent pool supporting the delivery of corporate strategies.
