Embracing endless innovation and celebrating eight years of remarkable achievements! On the morning of August 17, QCCC held its grand 8th anniversary celebration at the company premises. All employees gathered to celebrate the enterprise’s 8th birthday and witness the official launch of the "Star Track Plan".

The celebration kicked off with a dynamic creative performance Lively Latin + Happy Departure by the company’s management team. Shi Qingyun, General Manager, delivered a speech reviewing the company’s eight-year development journey.

He stated that over the past eight years, Chuangying has grown from scratch and forged a unique development path in the field of thermoplastic composite materials. Since the beginning of this year, the company has reached new heights in development, with a continuously expanding market footprint, frequent successes in developing key clients, record-high operating performance, and breakthrough progress in technological innovation and internal optimization. On behalf of the company, Mr. Shi extended sincere gratitude to all employees for their dedication and hard work. He also encouraged the team to uphold the original entrepreneurial aspiration and strive for more brilliant achievements from this new starting point.

Eight Years of Dedication: The Official Launch of the Star Track Plan

The highlight of the celebration was the official launch of the "Star Track Plan". Centered on the core philosophy of "Measuring value by time, honoring perseverance with glory", the plan stipulates that starting from this year, customized prestigious honors will be awarded annually on August 17 to employees who have served the company for eight full years. A total of 10 founding employees who have accompanied the company for eight years were the first to receive exclusive commemorative medals and special recognition, in tribute to their long-term dedication and companionship with Chuangying. In addition, employees with more than one year of service will receive exclusive annual honors and recognition, enabling every employee to gain unique growth marks and eternal glory with the company year by year.

The celebration featured a wonderful array of employee performances, filling the scene with constant applause and cheers. The Production Department opened the show with a warm parent-child dance Waltz of Love. The graceful dance moves of partnering colleagues and parent-child teams conveyed the warm integration of work and life. The Finance Department presented the dance We Are All Dream Chasers, showcasing the vitality and passion behind their rigorous work attitude. Sun Xinghai from the Equipment Maintenance Team delivered a soothing ocarina solo Original Scenery of Hometown, immersing the audience in peace and warmth. The Marketing and Service Department brought a witty three-and-a-half verse performance Talking About Chuangying’s Story, vividly depicting the joys and hardships of the company’s eight-year market expansion journey. The Technology and Quality Control Department staged the song and dance act Spring Mountains, demonstrating the vibrant spirit beyond their meticulous daily work. The Equipment Department and Operation Management Department jointly performed the chorus Change Yourself, expressing the firm determination of all Chuangying staff to take initiative in innovation and pursue continuous breakthroughs.

The interactive performances by the management team and employees fully demonstrated the versatile, united and progressive spirit of all Chuangying members.

Surprise Lucky Draws Ignite the Whole Venue

The lucky draw session brought non-stop surprises. Five rounds of raffles covering consolation prizes, third prizes, second prizes, first prizes and the grand prize were launched, with premium gifts including floor scrubbers, clothes dryers and tablet computers given out one after another, drawing waves of cheers from the audience.
