On June 19th, the production department conducted a "Production Management Process Simulation Training" aimed at enhancing the on-site management ability of production team leaders. By simulating the three key stages of "pre production planning", "handling of abnormalities during production", and "post production order processing", team leaders can learn and master management skills in practice.

During the training process, a "Q&A practice clarification presentation" approach was adopted to encourage the team leaders to actively participate and think deeply. Everyone actively spoke up, provided comprehensive answers to questions, raised their own management confusion and needs, and received guidance and assistance. At the same time, the team leaders also fully demonstrated their innovative management ideas, which were highly recognized and encouraged by the leaders.
Through this simulation training, the team leaders not only consolidated the logic of the production management process, but also improved the standardization of on-site management. At the same time, their relationship with their leaders has also been further strengthened.

However, some weaknesses and issues in production management were also exposed during the training. These issues have been summarized, and the production department will collaborate with the finance department's comprehensive management department to conduct in-depth analysis and solutions to further improve the level and efficiency of production management.
Overall, this production management process simulation training was a successful learning and practical activity, which played a positive role in enhancing the management ability of team leaders and promoting the improvement of production management level.
